I apologize, THIS is the Wednesday, November 4th WOD!
Five rounds for time of:
95 pound Snatch, 3 reps
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
Run 400 meters
Then: 5x7 shoulder press
I won't be there in the AM, make sure to practice your snatch and complete the Porper snatch work up/ warm up pre-workout!!!
I will be there for a 1200 sharp workout at lunch.
